Goldwell are a global brand who develop hair products and services. They exclusively supply these products and services world-wide to hairdressing professionals. With a primary focus on colour products, Goldwell focuses its energy on creating effective technology and up-to-the-minute products.
Goldwell UK felt that their competitors were outperforming them in the social space. They were also concerned that they appeared 4th in terms of Global Goldwell Facebook numbers (behind US, Australia and Sweden) with 800 fans. Due to this they asked us to deliver a social strategy that would rival that of L’Oreal, Wella, Paul Mitchell and Redken – in turn influencing salon owners purchasing decisions.
What We Did
We designed and built a Facebook application, developed a blog, provided Twitter management and grew a substantial community.
