Movember - Razors At The Ready!

It's finally arrived...the last day of Movember is upon us and we're literally itching to rid ourselves of our hairy lip slugs! It's been a long 30 days and we've suffered - so have our wives and girlfriends...but we've always had one thing in mind when we felt like just giving up  - and that's the thought of all the money we were raising for such a fun and fantastic charity.

So drum roll please...we raised nearly £200!!!!! We're really pleased as we initially set out with a £200 target and we're extremely thankful to everybody who has helped us out along the way.

Mo Bro's For Life 2012

Over the last month we've "grown" to love our facial friends and become quite attached to them. 

We've taken the wise words of Peter Griffin from Family Guy seriously "with a great moustache comes great responsibility."

We've also become quite attached to Movember as a charity and everything it stands for. Estimates suggest that the campaign, with a fantastic social media presence and high-profile backers, has since sparked almost two billion conversations about the disease, and encouraged a huge number of men to get themselves checked.

The money has been far from inconsequential – to date the campaign has raised some £184 million, paying for research to identify 27 types of prostate cancer and genome-map the disease. We haven't raised a huge amount – but if we'd only made a tenner it would still have been worth it.
