Team Coup is Expanding!


As winter begins to set in, The Loft is getting colder and colder. The only way that we can deal with the harsh conditions is to get a few more bodies/team members into the office to boost the overall temperature... 

In all seriousness though, the heating works fine and the last couple of months have been really exciting for the team at Coup! With some new clients (soon to be announced) and more work coming in to The Loft, we've taken on 3 new team members to help out with a variety of different things. Feel free to welcome Richard, Gemma and Lowri and say hi to them over on Twitter! 

So let's meet the new guys! 

Richard has joined Coup as our Business Development Director, he comes with 14 years experience of working with digital agencies in both business development and client management roles, with a particular interest in Social Media and Mobile. Outside of work he can be seen peddling around the countryside wearing Lycra and hacking around the golf course. We're really excited to have Richard on board and look forward to fulfilling our expansion plans over the coming months/years! FACT: in 2011/12, Richard was officially 'Britain's Manliest Cyclist'. 

Gemma is the latest addition to the Design team. As a Graphic Communications graduate Gemma is responsible for our client design work including: infographics, websites, mobile apps and new business mock ups. Gem also assists with some of the CSS and HTML (soon to be HTML5) coding on some of our web projects. FACT: Gemma is the only tea drinker in the office.  

Our fashion and beauty roster has grown in the last month or two and to help manage our clients we've taken on MA graduate Lowri! Working closely with Sadie, Lowri will help out with the day to day running of some of our biggest fashion and beauty client accounts including: Internaçionale, Burlesque and Tempest. FACT: Lowri's first language is Welsh.
